Sal Norris is a primitive artist who creates art to comfort, delight and entertain. To communicate other ideas and emotions she relies on her books, and has authored more than 100. She founded Fletcher Publishing through which she gives books and art work free of charge to schools, hospitals, libraries and handicapped individuals throughout the world. Injured in a recent assault, Sal hopes her hands heal so she can continue her Pen and Ink drawings. For now she limits her work to mixed media.
