I live in Atlantic Canada, have two beautiful children (Brianna and Conner), and we still believe in faeries. I've been working as an artist for about fourteen years, and my primary focus has always been faeries, mermaids and intricate design. My designs were strongly influenced by my years overseas in the Middle East, and of course my refusal to grow up keeps the magic of faeries alive.

My favourite mediums are pen and ink, watercolours and watercolour pencils. I love the control I have with the watercolour pencils as well as their versatility. With the pen and ink, the stippling shading takes hours of repetitive dots, but the end result to me is worth the effort. After I finish the piece in ink, I enjoy playing with colour. [MORE...]
